Frequently Asked Questions
My objective is to make the program as accessible as possible.
Please do contact me, if you have any special needs or additional questions.
I would love to figure out a way for you to participate: info@kmambetova.com
1
How many people?
Maximum is 15 per course
2
Do I need previous experience?
No previous experience required.
3
Do I need to prepare myself for the training?
For the course “Trust in Workplace” no preparation is needed. Training materials will be provided after each webinar. The program will consist of a 4-part workbook, additional reading material and resources.
4
What if I miss a live webinar?
Consent for webinar recording should be given by all group members. If such consent is obtained, then the instructor will record the webinar. In this case, if you are unable to attend any live webinars, you will be able to have access to the recordings during your 8-week period of training.
However, if the training participants do not give their consent for recording live webinar, you will miss additional course content that is not part of any workbook. You will receive a copy of the webinar slides.
5
Will I be able to interact with other participants?
There will be opportunities to virtually meet and greet other training participants and benefit from peer-to-peer exchanges of professional experience and knowledge. Webinars will be structured to ensure an interactive participatory experience.
6
How would you describe your teaching approach?
I aim to create an experiential learning environment that suits various learning styles and approaches. I will include a combination of highly participatory webinars, self-assessments and reflections, facilitated simulations and collaborative activities. You will be able to use your own work situations (respecting confidentiality and privacy rules) and develop strategies tailored to your specific needs.
7
What is the time commitment?
The estimated commitment for each module or each 2-week period (from one webinar to the next) is a minimum of 6 hours. This includes:
* 3 hours of workbook and reading material paced for an average reader. However, as this part of the process is self-paced, you may take as much time as you need, spreading it out over smaller time intervals depending on your schedule.
* 2-hour webinar, and
* 1-hour individual session with the trainer.
8
What is the objective of individual sessions?
Each participant will have three 1:1 sessions with me to discuss their particular learning goals, provide personalized advice, and develop a needs-based personal development action plan.
