This is a 4-module training program delivered over an 8-week period. Key learning objectives are:

  • Exploring what it takes to trust yourself, while identifying your blind spots and your inner guidance systems,

  • Equipping you with knowledge about interpersonal trust, foundations of team dynamics and resistance to change,

  • Improving your ability to measure trust, using the right assessment tools and trust-building skills that you can immediately put to good use at the workplace,

  • Creating learner-focused, needs-based personal development action plans.
